I came upon a couple of letters that were not sequenced properly, so I've inserted them in their proper place in this blog. These letters are titled:
1. July 20, 1942 - Recovered From My Blues
2. July 22, 1942 - Cigs from the Jar in the Bar
I'll will post the next letter in the sequence (dated October 3, 1942) tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the letters where Poops gets out of the desert and into flying some planes!
